Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your Eye On The Site account and its data at any time. This applies to accounts used in the Eye On The Site web app and Android app. DELETE SPECIFIC DATA YOURSELF Without deleting your account, administrators can delete photos, timelapse videos, share links, projects, camera views and users from the web app, and sign devices out from the devices section of the web app. Users can remove their profile photo and details in their profile. REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION 1. Send an email to privacy@eyeonthesite.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". 2. Say whether you want to delete only your own user, or the whole company account (company account deletions must be requested by an administrator). 3. We will confirm the request by email and may ask you to verify it. WHAT IS DELETED Your user: your name, email, profile details and sign-in. Photos and videos you captured belong to your company and stay in its account. A company account: the company, all its users, projects, devices, photos, timelapse videos and share links. Any paid subscription is cancelled. WHEN We complete deletion within 30 days of confirming the request. Deleted files may remain in backups for up to 30 more days before they are permanently removed. We keep billing and payment records for as long as the law requires (for example, for tax purposes), and nothing else. Questions: privacy@eyeonthesite.com
